LEARN TO MEDITATE

Meditation is an ancient art that leads to a journey of self-discovery. It is a gift of ancient wisdom, inner exploration, and profound possibilities. The workshops will teach you all the basics of meditation. You will be guided through the essential first steps of entering awareness. You will learn meditation postures, the importance of breath, how to regulate it, and how to calm your mind while expanding your awareness. The workshops will give you the tools to develop internal awareness, foster creativity, and create profound shifts in your life experience.

Classes are open to anyone who wants to learn to meditate, and 

is looking for a systematic way to practice that can change one’s life.

MY WORKSHOPS

These workshops will teach you how to meditate using the classical yoga form, Superconscious Meditation. 


You will be guided through the essential first steps of entering awareness. You will learn meditation postures, the importance of breath, how to regulate it and how to  calm your mind while expanding your awareness.  


All the basics of meditation are taught in these classes. When you finish, you will have learned a step-by-step method of practice. You may also purchase an audio CD or audio file which will help you develop your daily practice.
